Cancelling your order
You have 15 minutes from the time you order your item to cancel it. After that time, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already have begun production. If that is the case, your order will be dispatched, and no refund will be provided.

Returns
As our products are personalised and engraved according to the customer's specifications, they are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU relating to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or cancellations for personalised items where the customer has simply changed their mind.
    
However, your statutory consumer rights regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected. If your item arrives damaged, defective, contains an engraving error made by us, or does not match the details provided in your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
